Hmm ... yes, I suppose remembering is just like that - a fluid spiral through time, gathering detail here, losing a little there. A great image and certainly food for thought.

I too see the food as well as the melting marble visions of this lovely image, but I also see the colorings and distortions associated with trying to recall memories (maybe it's the slight gnarly aspect of the spiral). However you interpret it, this is one beautiful artwork. Congratulations on the achievement. Rik

To me this is full of emotions, some sweet, some sad. It's very, very beautiful!! V
