If by photo u mean there's an arbitrariness to the way it's lit and set up i.e.. nothing about the lighting or shading is super real or over optimized as in a conventional 3D render where every thing is pushed to the enth degree, well then yes...............the only crit I can make is that the tumbler is a mite too thick to be really real

Yeah, I agree with shrinking the rim of the glass a little. other than that, it looks very realistic.

I really like you visualised render. The gun complements the glass. And the lighting is excellent. However I do have a few critz. 1: The rim of the glass is thick and its edges are too sharp (a micro bevel would sort this). 2: The gun looks kind of plastic looking, I do not know if it is the surfacing or the lighting that creates this. 3: And lastly I would place the gun with the glass off center from the middle of the image. I am not slating you very handy work, it is just only my opinion. Keep up the good work!

After ZENO's comment there is not much left to say. But it certenly dont look like a photo, i mean reflection and DOF is good but where you gonna find that kind of spotlight in the real world.
