Description

Tonight we had a big storm come through the state, but we have this wierd "Dome" effect around the city and many times (Like tonight) the storms sweep around us without actually hitting the city center. Even though it went around us, we had strange, beautiful clouds roll through, and it got really dark. Hence the grainy images. I haven't figured out how to get low light images to come out well. Still I think you can get the essence of this cloud, even from these images. Have a great Thursday gang! ;)

Man I see so many things in those clouds --we need to have 'tracing' attachments to renderosity so I could sketch out over the big face I see--and in the farther away view --a gladiator or attila the hun or sumpin standin--oh get me a crayon I'll show ya !!

Impressive cloud formations! Don't bother about graininess, that's part of darker images and adds a special effect to exposures! Very beautiful shots, love that special lighting!

I see the face!! But in the far view, it's clearly King Kong (or maybe Donkey Kong :-P). I wonder if this is the storm we got on Friday? It didn't look nearly this interesting here! Great images!

same with my Canon Powershot A300... if the picture you're taking seems to be a little dark, it tries to automatically brighten it up and the grainyness is the result... grainyness... almost like most my bryce work!! lol... also always did love the color contrast of bright orange sun and clouds to bright blue sky!!! :o)
