This pretty little bud is right next door too me:) I never knew the bud looked like this until I got an upclose view:) Hope you all like it and thank you for your comments...

Wonderful Susan, amazing to think that small bud will bloom into one of the most sweet smelling blossoms I have ever smelled! Excellent close-up, nice and clean!

Oh yes, we are neighbors. We have a Magnolia in the yard like this, and they are strange. The buds and the "cones" and even the flower is so unusual. Nice shot.
