Now that's one beautiful car, and an excellent photograph of it! My young lady friend agrees, though when I told there was a fantastic pic of a woodie on renderosity she turned to me and said "but doesn't that violate the TOS"?

I really do like the look of that front end though I never could tell a 47 from a 48. My sharpest criteria the tube shocks instead of levers and the squirrel cage blower with the long underhood scoop turn out to have been even on the 46 which has striped trim and different parking lights. Kenmo this is a dream car. Henry and Edsel were both gone and Henry II had yet to work his changes. The buggy springs. The torque tube drive. The radiator hoses coming up directly out of the middle of the heads. Those were the mantra of Ford V-8.
