First of all i love the eyes. People often exagerate the appearance of a vampire.. sometime good sometimes bad. I like the picture but you should consider it just the first step. try and get a better texture for the model.. keep the face because its excellent! and the hair looks alright. Hope to see this posted again. keep up the good renders.
