Did you use the same name for the thumbnail and the image? I did that once and got this very same result (broken thumb and pixelated image).

I've also done that by mistake, the thumb got used as the big image, and I also had the same result, it's a shame, this is probably a very lovely image.

I think you might wish to upload this again. Looks like it might be a lovely flame image, but this is too blurred and the thumb did not show.
