Was bored in my Digital Ink and Paint class and was just messing around with this tutorial photo in Photoshop. This is what I came up with. Original on left (duh!). Thanks for watching.

Did you use a sine wave filter or something to make his shape ossiclate? Modify the brightness and color and then paste some cartoon eyes on him?
