Off to a good start I'd say. Like to see which way you go with it. The wings are very organic, something I'd not expect to be made of steel.

You're off to a good start, but you do need to add in a few more details. It will also help to get some reference, to help you define where you need to detail and what might not need. Keep on posting! :o)
