Description

This picture was rendered in Vue. The sky was rendered in World Builder because I can never get the sky that I want in Vue, or the image that I want in World Builder (without it crashing!). The image was rendered with all 58 figures nude. They had clothes in the beginning, but I could not get the scene to render after about 40, so the clothes had to go. This scene is a perfect example that time spent on an image is NOT always proportional to the quality of the image. I won't even admit to how much time this took. After the render was over I added the sky in Photoshop. Then I decided to paint on the swimsuits so that everyone could enjoy (or should I say see) it. Thanks for looking. With all the girls in it, the water should have more ripples and not look so stagnant and glassy. Also, even though it's not easy to see, there should be lots of footprints and impressions in the sand.

Well I never, as ever the people who criticize are the ones who never post. Like a diamond there is always a flaw ;-) No image is ever perfect but this is excellent and very detailed and very well done I would imagine that the author got hours of pleasure from creating this stunning image so Qarl lets see what you can do..we are waiting!

Thank you everyone for the nice comments. I wasn't expecting this many. Thank you Qarl for the constructive criticism. I have made the changes you suggested and I think it is a better image. I did have to refresh my browser window to see the changes. Thank you again!

OK had to take another look after your IM, still looks awesome had to grab it up again and do the comparison, then I popped them both in Image ready and made a gif file, the moving water really made a neat effect! Also noticed this time the reflection on the water, this is a serious render hands down!

I love these images you do with a zillion figures in them Dick....quality is great..love all the reflects in the water....and painting on all the little bathing suits....tedious I'm sure lol....well done, blends in perfectly. Fantastic!
