the head and the hand are real but the body is fake the way the hair doesnt rest naturally on her sholders was the downfall of the image and the fact that her legs were to flawless other wise good

Her head has to be real, the leotard is very well done but I think it is Poser. As for the legs, I agree with adaptive - they look too flawless to be real, unless she is wearing shiny stockings :D
