Description

* Waiting for when the rayes catch the shivers over my skin... wet, then dry, then wet again. The sun is kissing all the world below, the sounds of the beaches are happy, they come fast and they fade slow... I don't need to open eyes, cos everything is already mine: months of stress are far away, months of work are disappeared. I lay and sing, and sun kisses me... the world around is breezy of chances, it perfumes and shines of all best ranges of expectations, that are just one after all: to get some fun, to get my tan, to feel free into a blue universe that glimmers under happy summer sun. * --------------- Pencil 2b and HB onto paper :) the model is meant to be.. ME ;), no postwork (actually the scanning is even dirty.. but that was the only machine I could use ;)) -------------- This is my temporaray BYE!!! for August: I leave my house on August 1st and I won't be connected for one month :) :) It's a pretty descriptive piece of what I am gonna do in just some hours.. namely reach the crystal sea of Gallipoli to have my holidays , face the sea, bathe.. get a tan and having fun :) I wanna thank you all for having made my comeback this July happy and serene :) Tomorrow I will see the more I can of your beautiful works to have their memory shining in me... It has to last 4 weeks ;) When I will be leaving to reach the summer location I will have you all in my heart :) Can't wait to be back after my holidays (by the last week of August to be precise) to share with you the memories sun will certainly stomp onto and into my soul :) I wish you all four weeks of joy and happiness :) You'll be in my best thoughts even when I will lay onto beaches of sand or stones :) You're always with me, even when I am far away :) cos love keeps links safe and strong :) Hugs and kisses :) And if you're gonna watch this when I am already away.. see you all at the very end of August :) Salty cheerings :) Your Meli :)

The variety and delicacy of your pencil work is - as always - a joy for my eyes. A lovely drawing [though not of course quite as lovely as the model!]

Wonderful...especially that poem which captures the essence of summer sun, lazy beaches and just relaxing very nicely. Your drawing is of course excellent. Hope you have a fun, safe and happy time on the one you are going to, and as the song goes...see you in September.
