Wonderful job. I love the water, and how the wind from the nostrils give it the effect that it's cold. Excellent.

The feeling comes through on this image - - it is where most folks have been at some time! The green of the reeds in the foreground makes me think of hope. Outstanding!

Phew! Wade, I have to say that IMO this is the single starkest, yet most emotional, picture from you I've seen so far. You've used a perceived weakness in the treelab to make these very effective abstract trees, with their nerve-ending branches, bowed as if by grief toward the central figure, the lone warhorse. I think the realistic and abstract work together in this scene in a very synergistic fashion to produce a powerful allegory. The atmosphere is perfectly foreboding! This is worth my vote!
