Description
- Could it be that man in his unsatiable quest for Wisdom will awaken to the knowage in the truth that the more we learn the greater the realization that we have acchieved a higher level ignorance will exist - For example quite often one culture may view another culture as primaive and ignorant because they live with what western man may call nothing - no shoes sticks and leaves for homes and food the they would not feed thier dog - Oh you " FOOLS " - I have seen these same self proclaimed pillars of wisdom Cower wimper and beg on there knees to the same people they have condemed when the great wisdom the western world has given them at last has made them see that even a small world such as this plantet is much more than a life-time - more than the birth and death of a intire species will ever come close to understanding - because it did not give them the ability to feed themself - they found that they where totally dependent on these people to whom they had felt so superior to - without them they would die from stavation in a few shot days ! - Modern day Rambo's with enough money to get them selfs in serious trouble but not enough cents :) to be able to get themself out when money lost it's worth and meaning - Recently I watched a documentery exploreing into the question how are the pigmes in aferica the only people able to servive life in the thick forest there - A veteran National Geographic explorer was allowed to spend some time with the tribe in hopes of learning new information - Being basicly alone with the tribe and by choice decideing to live as they and not bring any food or water as they natives - after almost 3 day of unsuccessful hunting none had eaten - but this was normal and the tribesmen new they would be successful soon - The explorer had lied and brought 1 can of sardiens ! - But how could that feed them all he thought and quietly went off into the bush to injoy his feast - But much to his amazement it was not long and he found he had a audience of equally hungrey natives watching him - They rejected him for several days for this - and could very well abandoned him completely which would have meant certian death - Oh What FooLS ! - In my image I have used chineese script to symbolise the ancient culture of a people - I have used images of men and women which should be quite recignizable for western man - Unfortunatly in this case there FOOLISH actions have found them quite mysteriously intombed in stone and being seriously disfigured - A common condition for the FOOL !

The pygmies are not a special breed of eagle scout. Nor do they live as if they would be recovered soon from a survival school. I can hear the pandas nibbling bamboo as I look at your image. Fool's must not be sent to war as it is a waste to die with no civic knowledge according to the writing of Confuscius.

I've often considered what I would do If this whole shithouse went up in flames. Could I survive out here in this wilderness? I'm not completely sure. I'd give it a go I suppose. Foolish! Yes!

The English language, and the Chinese (ancient and modern, and by long practice), are very limited on this subject. Poetry on the other hand, wellyi yan nan jin. Nice depth and color, and the thumb almost irresistibly beckons....Didn't one already mention Oswald Spengler on the boomerang some place or other, hehe. Hilariously, the Chinese especially have wound up eventually 'inventing' on their own everything they have appropriated without acknowledgement from others, including the West. But again a very long story. The British, on the other hand, seem to have got civil service exams from the Chinese, and the Americans from the Brits. Gee, thanks a lot....
