Description

When I was working on this, I had thought of taking the camera to the edge and pointing it downward but that would take all of the fun out of wondering just exactly what is over the edge. Well, it's a large chasm and it goes all the way down to the bottom. I purposely kept the rocky cliffs a bit shrouded to add to the mystery of the render. When I did the final post-work in ACDSee, this time I did not use the despeckle button. Seems as though that is what was causing some renders to be a bit blurred rather than sharp. Learn something new every day. Thanks for your continuing interest and comments as they are much appreciated. WM, Terragen & ACDSee

Fine surfacing, clouds and pov.. maybe terrain needs a bit of erosion (too blocky !)

Nice terrain and pov - I agree about the terrain blockiness, but this could also be down to you using a smaller terrain size - if unregistered keep it at 512x512, if registered - go as high as your machine (and patience!) will let you...
