A natural rock formation at Minions Bodmin Moor near my birthplace in Cornwall there are many sites here from the Hurlers to ancient signs of early man from the iron age or Neolithic periods

What makes them think it's natural? It doesn't look anything like the surrounding area. Strange stuff in the world, I reckon. And, um, where's the cheese? ;)

Well it has been weathered over many centuries it is granite the same rock as the surrounding stones.. I think the name comes from cheese Wring a press they use to flatten cheese there are other stones that are burial sites for the ancient people that lived here 3500 to 5000 years ago but these are natural formations

Excellent photo! I've never seen the likes of that type of formation before, so it is something new for me. They do look like pancakes. All we need is the syrup! ;o)

spectacular formation and a perfect shot Daniel, I'm fascinated by those stone formation, sometime we can imagine that in a far far past, some giants (gentle giants) did play some unknow games with stones.
