Description

DaVinci's Own Design. This Was Made For A Speed Modeling Challenge. The Time Limit Was 40 min For Modeling (I Used All The Time, Just For Tweaking) And No Limit On Texture/Render, Although It Was In A One Week Period. Render: 1 hr 25 min, Radiosity, Photoshop 7. Thanx For Looking!

I'm not familiar with this particular piece of DaVinci's engineering. Just from looking at your rendering of these ideas though, it looks to me like the third one down would be the most practical. Fewer and simpler parts yet easy to assemble and securely locked in place. Great rendering by-the-way!
