Description
this pannel is part of a series of images exploring graffiti at a local kid hangout. Rather than the usual approach of disaproval to what is usually considered vandalism, the local council and youth groups encouraged graffiti at certain areas (this skate park being one). The photo images are small segments of the street art, (colours, textures and linework), removed from their usual environment and presented in a more traditional "art" presentation. Hence the title of the series "GraffARTi - the art in graffiti".
