Could be just me, but is her left eye placed a bit lower than her right one? It's a pretty good drawing, but maybe lacks a bit shading. The top of her hair looks good with the contrast and various strands of hair. The line work of the hair is good, but maybe you should add more subtle changes in hair tones (but not too much otherwise it won't be blonde anymore). The profile of the nose looks good too, but maybe you can add a bit more shadows on the right part of her face. That way you still define the profile of the nose, but make it look more realistic.
