Description

Xenodream, no pp, PS6 for frame Just playing around with lighting and textures this afternoon, while working my way through tons of missed works from the last 4 days. The amount, quality and diversity of the fractals posted here every day is just amazing.... Is this just a subjective feel of mine, or is this community growing month after month ??? Anyway, as always, thank you so smuch for viewing and all of your comments. Dirk

Excellent - I'm wondering about the smoothness of your Xeno-surfaces. Can't do it like this - guess you worked a lot on it!!

The smoothness is the direct result of a) playing with the density level in your shape window, b) the lighting of the work and c) rendering at a 2 to 4 times greater resolution than you need and then downsizing the image. Hope this helps :-) Dirk

This is powerful, Dirk, especially in terms of shape, proportion and metallic finish. The lighting and gradient work is superb, and the shape forms and flows magnificently. Awesome image!

I think the community is definetly growing, not only in the number of members but also in the quality of the work being produced. It is really impossible to keep up with it all. How does anyone decide what they like when the vast majority of the images are really excellent? Anyway, I like this image a lot. Love the surfaces and the geometry, it seems to me to be a perpetual motion machine, constantly working but never really doing anything. Excellent work again!

I would agree Dirk. I see advancements every day and if I miss one day it is like missing a page of progress. We are trying to aspire to your excellent examples of artwork! I love how it appears to be emerging from the sand! Niice!

Great...I can't believe you were able to keep the metallic look to it on the smaller spirals! There's almost a flourescent shell quality to them. Beautiful work...;o)

Love it! Unique metallica fractal with superb coloring and lighting. The concentricity and perspective give it great dimensionality and interest. Excellent (but is it ergonmic?)! VOTE Rik
