Here are Chuck's personal words to the community:
I am a self-taught artist, formerly working in traditional or conventional media. For the last two years I have been experimenting with CG (Computer Graphics), and trying to transition from traditional/conventional media to digital imaging. In a few words, I simply love art and always have. Many of my images are "post-worked" by hand, re-scanned and manipulated in Photoshop. On occasion, I still use pencil, Prismacolor, Silverpoint, Pen & Ink or painting to achieve the desired effect. Whether executed the "old way" or the "new way" or a combination of both, which I often fall back on.
Art is art and it is the end result that is (hopefully) appreciated.

Another beautiful piece -- right down to the "solder" joints between the gold sections. Nice job on another masterwork.

Beautiful work! It reminds me of Diane Fenster's work. Check out http://www.dianefenster.com/ and see what she can do with Photoshop. I have met her, and she has fascinating stories to go with her art.

So much to remember, but all we catch are echoes--that loss of the past we all know we once had, now only left in legend...Gorgeous.
