Secrets
She is numb, detroying her mind and health.
She can't focus, her eyes or her mind.
Secrets, hide it.
She is running on empty, with her mind in denial.
No one can know!
But everyone does,
She's on empty at the bottom of the bottle.
It's only a secret to her,
She's a Alcoholic.

I've known some alcoholics, and you're exactly right: they usually don't see they have a problem, and that makes it difficult to help.
The glass is fantastic, it looks very real. The expression is also perfect, the mouth shows she's disappointed by the empty bottle, the slightly unfocused eyes shows she's quite drunk. A pity that a beautiful girl like this wastes her body and mind like that. Excellent artwork!
