Beautifully surreal Daeve, love your texturing and subtle use of colour as always :-D
Your floating eyeball creature looks almost exactly like a monster from Steve Jackson and Ian Livingstone's fantasy world... going back a couple of decades here!

Very moody & mysterious. Great texture work - these outskirts look very polluted & diseased...

Fantastic mix of texture and mood. I can see the art house anime that this will inspire all ready.

Reminds me of a "beholder"... :o) Very disconcerting landscape... they look like cut-outs but they are laid out very much like layers that recede into the distance. And I don't mean that as a criticism. :o)

Amazingly original but the thing that really does it for me is the city on the horizon. Really adds the depth.

Very well done. Do you have a larger version (1024x768)?

Sweet! I'd love to play a video game set in this world. It's like a glimpse into some darker, weirder dimension, or what our world could've become if nightmares were real. I always love stuff like that. The towers are especially evocative and sort of beautiful in a stark, creepy way. Overall a great image.
