She changed the hairstyle. The dress which she has on is a uniform of the restaurant in Japan. There are many such uniforms in Japan.

Thank you for you and a comment. The rendering of that model is carried out by 3DSMAX. Modeling is a metasequoia. I am sorry. The shift to poser cannot be performed.
