Description


I think this is the longest I worked on an image. I might rework the sky later. I really hate making buildings in 2D applications...so you'll have to forgive my lack of originality/creativity as far as those go. They're not supposed to be a central focus anyway. :) Feel free to give suggestions for improvement. Thanks! And thanks for viewing. :) Digitally painted in PSP 8 (used references for trees and bounty hunter)

I really like the sky as it is. The figure is lovely, too! Only quibble I have with it is the arm stretching upwards - it might be getting too thin, or at least looks like there isn't actually any more arm there...

As for the buildings, yeah. I think they'd fit in better with the figure if they were hand-painted. The corners and lines and the clock-tower texture are just a bit too perfect. She's the focus, so it doesn't matter (and would indeed help) if they were a little more blurry. The eye is attracted to edges.
