Description

(Ultra Fractal 3.04 - no post-work) Thanks to all of you who viewed and commented on my previous work; please accept my appology for getting a little behind on sending personal thank you messages. As this fractal image developed, more and more it reminded me of one of the greatest threats modern civilization faces: things of beautiful form, but deadly purpose, viruses. Most of the time, they are off the radar screen of our awareness, but they are an ever present menace deserving of our support to develop adequate defences! A frightening beautiful and excellent fractal. The soft blue together with the dominant yellow looks superb. Wonderful artwork.

I don't think any virus looks this good under a microscope! lol q-: Lovely lines 'n' colors. I really enjoy that pale turquoise green that runs through it. Very nice work! (:

I agree, it looks just like a virus - SCREAMING. And like those little critters, this image is beautiful, independent of any function, and of any labels, like "good" or "evil." Now prions, on the other hand, are truly scary: How do you kill something that's already DEAD? Nature's zombies, eating our brains. Literally.

Terrific looking work! What kind of a virus, biological or digital? Looks like a biological one, replicating intself inside our DNA but your words could also apply to the kind of viruses most of us get around here as well. Anyway, it's beautiful!
