Description
I had heard about these types of clouds and had seen pictures before but not until last night had I ever had the chance to witness them first hand. Really awe inspiring environment while taking these.

WOW is right!!! Gorgeous golden puffs. I have seen this type only once and they were colored pink and grey at a sunset time and no camera available. I had to stop driving to look.

Wow that is just down right creepy looking. What kind of clouds are they? I have never seen anythink like this! Did it come with a storm attached to it? Thanks for sharing.

Cumulous Mammolus (spelling may be wrong) is the cloud type. I live in TX and have seen these plenty of times. Even though they are common to me they are still beautiful and creepy. Wonderful pic. Excellent work!
