I've been a 3d "hobby artist" on and off since sometime around 2000 or so. I've never stuck with it long enough to get good or to learn any advanced techniques, but when I do "play around" I have fun.
I also started messing around with vector drawing, as I can't really draw. Using vector allows me to utilize shape deformation and tweaking to create my scenes.
As of right now, July 2018, I'm working hard toward a goal I've had for a decade plus, and that is to make physical card, dice and board games for adults as well as animations and some simple video games. To that end, I'm developing my own characters in vector. The style is simplistic but I believe it will be really good once I have several items completed.

I definitely like this one better... No effects shows your pure designing style and rendering abilities considering this is suppose to be the 'Poser' gallery versus the 'drawing' gallery. And both your designing style and rendering abilities are great! Good job.

I would suggest you make your living subject more upfront, The background dominates way to much aside from that great work.

i like this version more. it makes it easier for me to picture myself in the scene, which, by the way, looks really good
