Haven't seen Mr. or Mrs. i-popba's stuff, but this looks like a clear case of, say, "Centaur's Remorse", hehe. That and $12.50 may get you a cup of coffee in Beijing. Great chefs want exposure? Julia Child may have been good, but GREAT? She took over one day a week a kitchen I worked in on other days in order to prepare meals for some "fellows" who met regularly in the general area. My opinion of the "fellows", and their supposed taste immediately depreciated....[Witty and superb!]
