My little rim. 30 minutes of work ;)
Just for fun. Perhabs I will improve it a bit. What do you think of it?

I haven't even been able to make Lightwave work well for me- nice surfaces and I like the simple nature of the subject.

Good start! You might want to turn down reflection a bit, and perhaps do a bit of reading on the Fresnel Shader, that would up the ante on this image. :o)
