excellent and interesting shot!seems you shocked the partridge a bit? ;o) maybe you should have given more contrast, to make the shot more perfect. Try it!

I'll overdo the contast on every photo from now... I think my monitor has got some problems. Thanks, Johannes

Hmmm that might be the case here, but it has something too. It fits some images perfectly !! I dunno, maybe you should check on other monitors. Excellent shot here !!

And I can see the difference in contrast from the others... as you said Johannes your monitor may be the culprit. Wouldn't hurt to try and do a monitor calibration....and using your programs histogram and levels function will help too. A beautiful image here... a wonderful animal series so far!
