Description
I recently started getting more involved at Renderosity so reckoned it must be time I put an image up and showed my face properly :)
I started out making this as I wrote a tutorial for beginners in terrain shaping. My only qualification being that I'm still a beginner so I remember what steps need to be spelled out. Anyway, as I got working I really got caught up in it.

Aye, good stuff! Perhaps lower the dock down to the water, on the Y-axis? Or perhaps the lake is drying up? Keep at it, can't wait to see what you do next!

Love that little dock jutting out there. This is the sort of scene that leaves much to study, lazily, laying below a mural on the wall. A very favorite thing to do. This is wonderful and if you had only the dock/boat and the water reflections I would be very happy -- seeing. Just took a sample of all of these to comment.. Glad that I can now see you here at R'osity.
