Oh geez they're cute, Julio is saying "Can we be friends PLEASE?????" Love this one!!!! BTW Julio (yellow bird) is my bird; Sweet Pea is the artist's bird. Neither one had "met" each other outside a cage before. They did very well on their first "playdate."
