these are some stills the opening scene of a movie I'm working on it's of a meteor imapcting a building I plan to had a city around it and some cars and stuff but I think I'm done with the explodion let me know what you guys think

I only have 256mb of ram right now so I'm kind of surprised I didn't have any problems and it only takes a little over a half hour to render the 100 frame animation

I like the motion blur on the last still. The flame of the explosion looks like it could use some tweaking, as does the smoke. Work on the smoke N' flame and you should have a purdy nice animation. -Vyrias.

Top stuff mate. I would add a bit more detail to those textures on the building, but I think my computer would explode under the strain if I attempted something like this LOL! Excellent stuff mate.

Looks great, but the first thing that should happen when the meteor hits is that you should loose all the windows, they would all shatter. The complaint I have is that we see all this debris flying off, yet we can still see the building intact through the explosion.

Actually the builting is exploding from the bottom up I rather like that where the top portions of the building falls to shatter below after the bottom portion was blown away, how did you pull that off as I'd like to learn how to do effects like this.
