Hi. Nice concept. Try to place some more dirt to selected spots, for example the tires. Perhaps try to losen the barbwire a bit, make it more irregular. And perhaps the scene is overlit, relatively to the sky. Hang something on the fence, could be an old gasstation sign or something like that. :D
