Description
This is a U.F.O. - an Utterly Familiar Object.
To be more specific it is the water tower in the block where I live, seen from a distance.
The blue and green lights in front are just the markings of cycle paths, crossing the road, illuminated by the street light (and, of course, enhanced with a little extra contrast).
By the way, the block where I live is rather boring.
