Description
Found this little fellow struggling in the pond of my garden when shooting the Artichoke image.
Took a quick shot and rescued this sweetie, it seemed it could hardly hold on to the halm... lasted quite a while till it could fly away again!
I know it's not a good shot but I liked the compo and so I decided to post it nevertheless.
Hope you like it, too!
No postwork was done on this shot except resize and frame.

It's a little light in tone, but a great shot nonetheless. You might see about getting a polarization filter for those walks around the pond. Cheers Monika.
