It's a cool render, for sure, 2 things catch my eye. I think the fangs should be more "fangy" in texture, and the background eludes to the fact that it's not really "deep" water. Anyway, excellent lights and a very dynamic render.

Great modeling, and very nice pose. I agree with 3D_E above.. the only weakness here (if you want to call it that) are the fangs and how they aren't as convincingly textured as evertyhing else. Nice scene!
