Description
I've finally found a use for my tablet! I made this entirely in PSP 7.04 with the aid of the Glitterato plugin. It had over 40 layers. Took me forever to decide if it was finished; I did add some lens flares but later removed them cos I wasn't quite about them (there is no easy way to make them in PSP of any quality).

BTW I didn't use the plugin to create the nebulae, only the starry background! :)
