Description
After making "Angry Sky" yesterday, I made a copy of it and started playing around. How I got these results: I added a Plug-In filter called, Eye Candy, and under the bubbles feature, setting it to 1 bubble only. Then I took my magic wand, highlighted certain areas and added a drop shadow to it, using a light pink for the color. Thus giving me the lightened line areas. Then in certain areas I added a filter effect again, this time using the Plug-In filter, Fantastic Machines Paint Engine, using the iceicles setting.
And Walla! lol
I hope you don't mind my explaining how I did this, but I do have students who look here and want to know how things were accomplished.

These are FBI, CIA, classifeid procedures which you should not divulge for any reason. The penelty is death. Terrific stuff the cloud in the middle of the image looks like an atomic blast to me, cool effect wonderful colors. Now can you explain to me how you did this again. Excellent Work Viki !!!!!

This is fantastic work! really incredible powerful image, just as a hurricane! A lot of feeling and you capture the force of this fierce storm excellently! It gets a Vote too!

I liked the original but this is even better. Great colours and effects.

Very dynamic looking! My opinion..The first one looks more like an angry sky. This became too abstract to see a stormy sky. It looks like an other worldly event with that sphere in it. Don't get me wrong, This is fantastic and a real eye catcher! Super excellent image and effort Vikki! Dave :^)
