Description
This is one terrain attempting to show 2 different water levels. I used a perspective and POV that tricks the eye! I added the waterfalls in PS to add to the illusion. Hope you like it.

Great Falls! Terrain & POV are excellent. IMO you might accentuate the bottom of the falls some...a little more splash.

Excellent concept and well executed - try more surface layers (rock layers for steeper slopes) and reduce the bump
