Here it is late and I am thinking of you
This feeling inside so new yet strange and growing
Joy and fear all in one is so confusing yet so for filling
When you say you love me I shake with desire and longing
My hands grow cold yet my heart warms
Here I watch the mist rise in the moon lit night
And think of a cold winter night in your arms warm and safe
I begin to smile like a child at the thoughts flooding my mind
