One suggestion is that his hand being so straight makes his pose stiff; but the scene and that sky are outstanding.

Great atmosphere and lighting. He Looks like he's looking at somthing off in the distance, maybe add a mountain or a bird or something in that direction. Great Work!

Being a bit picky, I would have added harness and saddle to the horse and changed the cowboy's (Kevin Costner?) pose slightly to make it more realistic. Great picture though and the lighting is wonderful.
