Having been the victim of a DUI and suffering severe injuries I am hot on the subject of ripping them out from behind the wheel of any vehicle permanently! Trouble is, how does anyone know if the person next to them in traffic has a valid license? You don't. And neither does a cop until he runs the plate, and he can't do that on every car, or the driver does something wrong which may be too late! We need families and friends of these people to make sure they don't drive again! (sorry...hot topic) :)
