Description
This shows the main stages in the making of "Gentle" It began when I was doodling with a gradient, and the colors were just magic for me.
I worked out the sketch and aimed to let the "pencil" portion contain the shadows on the skin. Pencil/paint - digitally, they are just two aspects of the same medium, so the combination worked very well and allowed me to focus solely on building highlights.
