I agree on the claw thing. Ditch them and come up with something original. Good coat and hair though. Nice look. I would imagine the pose has him crouching on something like an oil drum or a railing or some such thing.

I like the claws. I know their not original, but they look cool - which is why they're so popular on eveything I guess.

I love the face and the hair, but maybe the claws are too long? I love the lighting and reflections you got on them, and it would be a shame to totally toss them.
