When we parked the car in front of a restaurant, we started to walk towards the path. Which was going to be the first route. The yellow route was going towards Backons Peak. That wasn't our destination today. It was the red route, leading towards the Geophan Point of View ( 7 km )we were planning to take. The path was pretty steep and it didn't take long before we both were out of breath. After 2 long kilometers we found a little bench standing next to the path. We sat down and drunk a little bit. We went on and after 100 meters there was a wooden pole which displayed we had reached a height of 1000m. In other words > we had to climb another 400m... After 2 hours of climbing we finally reached the point of view. The view was absolutely breathtaking. From this point we could see the half of all the mountains. To the right we could see Backons Peak clearly and we were sure glad we didn't take THAT path :) 1. Backons Peak 2282m 2. Ice Mountain 2825m 3. Shacksville Point 2388m 4.
