The squares on the outfit are intentional. I did the texture after looking into digital camoflage.

Lighting and texture work on the environment are very good. A bit more modeling detail in the setting would heighten the feeling of "things hidden". You could break up the grill floor with solid sections to add variety. A series of pipes in the walls or a random bulkhead or column would help add dimensionality and interest to this corridor.
