Description

We are facin' The Forbidden Zone. There is in that respite, given by some disguised presence, a ransom we'll soon have to pay - i'm certain of this ! My mind is seized with a strange feeling : I've been walking on an unknown land, my memories seem to have been replaced with others, and yet my doings come from my own will ! Eduardo had confided his thoughts to me. He was convinced we had been brought here for a particuliar purpose, playin' a part tailor-made for us ! I was hopin' to understand what all this meant... Shortgrey to Cyndie..... The contact's definitively lost, no more sound ! Let's hope nothing serious happened to our friends. We have to get back to the base camp. But unfortunately, 'Chat' is sickening for somethin' and our only physician, Cyndie, is out of reach !! Consequently i decide to set up a camp right here for the time being, and devide our group in 3 parts : 2 mobiles parts and a fixed part. The Alpha team directed by Colonel 'Dean' to join and assist Jeremy. The Beta team directed by Command sergeant major 'Dawn' to get to the Hill of the Owl... May the clemency overhead remain............ (To be continued)

I'm scared. I have the blindfold on so I cannot see. I whistle a tune half heartedly, nothing in particular, just nervous breath coming through my puckered lips in stints of howl. I resemble an old Locomotive train in the cold with breath freezing on each exhale. It was one cold night but the sun rises crisp and clear today. A gleam of hope. . .

The terrain is more menacing here, can we all survive? It looks like the clouds are moving, maybe it will snow tonight while we sleep.

yeti to hillrunner: runs to fast and to often against the hill! Reason for loosing fantasy! LOL He is one who can only see what he can touch! And he forgot that this is a community with MEMBERS and not only pics! Every image expresses something, so why not write it down? If you don't like the story, turn around and go! - Today this beautiful scenery told me, that the clouds are moving fast! There is something unusual going on! Are we going to get the answer of all our questions soon?...to soon?

I agree with sossy also. The lighting between the images is subtle differences. I like the different views of the terrain. Gives it more depth than just a flat image. As for the story Well Sometimes we all need a story :) I say Great job shortgrey!
