I friend of mine returned from the Navy with one of these. His had the later Studebaker engine instead of the big Packard Caribean of the original. Your pic catches it with all it's trim in pristine form. Gosh!

My old teacher and friend loved the '56 studebaker silver hawk, perfect trim he said... very nice shot for a black car on a bright day in a busy environment.
